SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Shipping worldwide. Delivery time depends on the customer’s country of residency. Orders will be dispatched within 5-10 days after purchase (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on which products and shipping option (with or without tracking number) the customer has selected, and the costumer’s country of residency.

The customer will receive an email once it has been shipped. Dariastephenson is not responsible for any delays with packages after they have been dispatched, or items that may get lost and/or damaged in the post after they have been dispatched.

Standard shipping time estimated (after dispatch):

United Kingdom – 1-2 days.
Europe – 5-8 days.
Rest of the world – 7-14 days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns & refunds

Returns of / refunds for products delivered in unharmed condition is generally not possible. However, it is possible to return an item for exchange or a refund within 30 days (excluding weekends or bank holidays) if the received item and its packaging are in harmed condition the moment it is delivered to and accepted by the costumer. In this case, the costumer must immediately document and claim said damaged packaging by taking pictures and sending them to dariaworld.art@gmail.com. Shipping fees to return the damaged item will be at dariastephenson’s charge. Without sufficient proof of the package having been damaged prior to delivery and therefore not at the costumer’s hand, no returns or refunds can be processed.

Should any of the regulations of this disclaimer not, no longer or not completely be in accordance with the legal position all other conditions remain untouched.
